Information you share
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, chosen session and package, and the idea you describe. You may also provide a phone number, preferred date, and location. Please share only what is needed to discuss your photography session.
How your inquiry is used
Your details are saved in a private inquiry inbox so Courtland can respond, discuss availability, prepare your agreement, and manage the booking conversation. Sending the form permits contact about that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to marketing messages, sign a photography agreement, reserve a date, or authorize a payment.
Storage and service providers
The website and inquiry database are hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. These providers process information needed to run and secure the website. Only the authorized site owner can open the inquiry inbox. Inquiry records are kept as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting booking, including records required for business or legal purposes. Ryghtner Media does not sell inquiry information.
Website security and cookies
The inquiry service uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit automated requests. Raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. The hosting providers may process network and technical information for delivery and security. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The owner sign-in uses ChatGPT’s authentication and may set necessary authentication cookies.
Photographs and publication
Session photographs, usage rights, and publication permissions are governed by your completed photography agreement. Agreed privacy holds and restrictions are recorded before signing. Each additional identifiable adult, or a minor’s authorized parent or legal guardian, must give separate permission before their likeness is used in promotion. The current agreement states that session photographs will not be sold or commercially licensed to third parties.

To request access, a correction, or deletion of your inquiry details, contact courtlandmturner@ryghtnermedia.com or call or text (912) 704-2131. Courtland may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Records required for an active booking or business or legal purposes may need to be retained.
If you are under 18, have a parent or legal guardian handle the booking and sign the agreement as the responsible client.
