Your session is reserved once we both sign the agreement and I receive a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price. The deposit counts toward your total.

After we confirm availability and both sign your agreement, I’ll send the exact amount and payment instructions for your 50% deposit. Include your inquiry reference in the payment note so I can match it to your booking. Wait for those instructions before paying.

I’ll confirm your reservation after receiving the deposit. The remaining balance is due at the scheduled session start unless your agreement states another due date.

12 hours or more before the start: your deposit and any other session payments are refunded.

Less than 12 hours before the start: the 50% deposit is retained, payments above it are refunded, and the remaining balance is not due.

A no-show without cancellation before the scheduled start: the full agreed session price is due, with payments already received credited toward it.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after they become due. Cancellation and no-show charges are subject to section 11 of the agreement and apply only to the extent legally enforceable.

We must both confirm a replacement date in writing to move your session and carry the deposit forward. Until then, the original booking remains in effect and its start time controls the cancellation deadline.

We may also agree in writing to postpone for weather or other circumstances and carry payments forward without treating the postponement as a cancellation. Send scheduling changes by email or text to the contacts below and keep proof of delivery.

If I cancel instead of completing or mutually rescheduling your session, all payments for that session are refunded.

If I give cancellation notice 6 hours or less before the scheduled start, you also receive one free session in any listed category and tier of your choice. It includes that package’s services, has no expiration date, and is scheduled at a mutually available time. Extras require a separate written agreement.

We’ll agree on the delivery deadline, delivery method and any gallery download or print delivery details for your booking. Your selected package includes its promised number of final edited images in the agreed style.

RAW files, unfinished proofs and outtakes are excluded unless separately agreed in writing. Travel and outfit changes count within the booked session time unless your special terms say otherwise.

After full payment and final delivery, the agreement transfers all transferable copyright interests in the delivered final photographs to you. You can keep, share and print them without another licensing fee.

Cropping, resizing and aspect-ratio changes are allowed. Filters, color changes, retouching, composites, generative editing and other alterations require my written permission. Unpaid proofs are for private review only.

The agreement also covers Ryghtner Media’s promotional use, privacy holds and publication restrictions. We’ll record any agreed restrictions before signing. Session photographs will not be sold or commercially licensed to third parties.
